The Rossi GX-G Series bevel helical right-angle gearbox is a precision-engineered, heavy-duty transmission unit designed for torque transfer at 90-degree configurations. It features hardened and ground spiral bevel gears capable of transmitting torque up to approximately 20,000 Nm. The reduction ratio varies from 5 to 400, delivering mechanical efficiency above 96 percent. The housing is made of G300 ductile cast iron with a monoblock design, ensuring maximum rigidity and structural strength. Input and output shafts are precision-ground and dynamically balanced to minimize vibration and ensure smooth power delivery. The lubrication system is oil-immersed with internal ventilation for optimal thermal regulation.

The Rossi GX-G gearbox uses tapered roller bearings and FKM fluoroelastomer seals for reliable operation under demanding industrial conditions. It supports both horizontal and vertical mounting positions and can be coupled with IEC electric motors up to 160 kW. The operating temperature range is from -25 to +95 degrees Celsius, and noise levels remain below 72 dB under nominal load. The unit’s weight ranges from 220 to 820 kilograms depending on the model size.
