The YILMAZ K series bevel gearbox features precision-hardened bevel gears, achieving power transmission efficiency up to 95%. Its gear ratio ranges from 2:1 to 20:1, providing output torque between 100 and 6000 Nm. The shafts are designed for both axial and radial loads, supporting input speeds up to 3600 rpm. The housing is made of cast iron or aluminum alloy, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 90°C while minimizing vibration and noise.
The internal lubrication system uses ISO VG 220 industrial oil to maintain a stable operating temperature. Gears are manufactured to ISO 6-7 precision, reducing wear and tear. Flexible installation options with standard bases and multiple output shafts enable easy integration in power transmission lines, industrial machinery, and automation systems.
