ROSSI A Series worm gearbox

The ROSSI A Series worm gearbox is a compact and efficient transmission unit designed for light and medium-duty industrial power applications. This single-stage worm gearbox delivers output torque up to approximately 1,500 Nm. The reduction ratio ranges from 7 to 100, with operational efficiency between 80 and 90 percent. The main housing is made of die-cast aluminum, providing a lightweight yet durable structure. The worm shaft is manufactured from hardened alloy steel, while the bronze gear is made of CuSn10 alloy for excellent wear and heat resistance. A permanent oil circulation system ensures minimal friction and extended service life.

The ROSSI A Series gearbox incorporates precision deep-groove ball bearings and NBR seals to prevent oil leakage. It supports horizontal, vertical, and flange-mounted configurations and is compatible with IEC standard electric motors up to 11 kW. The operational temperature range is from -20 to +80 degrees Celsius, and the nominal noise level is below 68 dB. Depending on size, the unit weighs between 15 and 95 kilograms. Certified under CE and ISO 9001 standards, the A Series gearbox is ideal for conveyor systems, packaging machines, and food industry automation.
