The Rotary SPV Pressure Control Valve Group is constructed from a hardened AISI 52100 steel block with IT6 dimensional tolerance. The assembly features a main rotor with 9 pistons made from advanced silicon nitride Si3N4 ceramic, hardness 1500 Vickers. Cylinders are coated with 25-micron hard chrome plating and finished to Ra 0.05 microns. The valve plate is manufactured from graphite-impregnated aluminum bronze with a friction coefficient below 0.08. This group can deliver continuous working pressure up to 450 bar with temporary peaks of 500 bar. Nominal flow at 1500 RPM is 55 liters per minute with a volumetric efficiency of 97%.

The mechanism structure is based on a bent-axis design with a fixed 25-degree swivel angle. The pressure control system employs a piezoelectric spool valve with a response time under 2 milliseconds. An integrated hydraulic damper reduces pressure pulsations by up to 95%. Maximum shaft rotational speed is 3000 RPM, tolerating a fluid temperature range of -80°C to +120°C. The designed wear life exceeds 10,000 hours under full load. The input shaft utilizes a Hirth coupling profile with 0.01-degree angular accuracy.
