A11VSO ROTARY GROUP , Iran

The A11VSO rotary group is an axial piston pump with a variable swashplate and automatic pressure control. Its main housing is cast from EN-GJS-700 ductile iron with 700 MPa tensile strength. The cylinder block is designed from hardened 20MoCr4 steel with 9 axial pistons and a slipper pad mechanism. An electro-hydraulic pressure control system LRDS continuously adjusts the swashplate angle from 0 to 28 degrees. This pump manages 350 bar continuous operating pressure and 420 bar peaks per ISO 4 class. Nominal flow reaches 145 liters per minute at 1800 RPM and maximum angle. Volumetric efficiency under rated conditions is 96% with 92% overall efficiency.

The control structure includes a two-wire proportional valve with 25-millisecond response and analog pressure feedback. An integrated Load Sensing LUDV system optimally distributes flow based on multiple actuator demands. The input shaft is manufactured from carburized 39NiCrMo3 steel with an ISO 13 class spline connection. The hydraulic oil operating temperature range is defined between -30°C to +110°C. Generated noise level at nominal pressure and one-meter distance is maximum 73 decibels A-weighted. An internal cooling system with an oil-air heat exchanger and 10-micron filter operates continuously. The design service life until first overhaul under variable duty cycles is 18,000 hours.

Testing the Health of Rotary Group Wiring and Connections with a Multimeter

First, completely disconnect and isolate the systems power supply. To test coil resistance, set the multimeter to ohmmeter mode. Connect the probes to the input terminals of the rotary groups electric motor. The resistance value should match the manufacturers catalog data typically in the low ohm range. To test for absence of short circuit to ground, place one probe on a terminal and the other on a clean metal housing. The resistance should show infinity OL. Additionally, a continuity test of the wires from the control panel to the motor itself is essential to confirm no breaks in the path. Check for excessive voltage drop across connections under load.
