The A2F rotary group is a fixed-displacement axial piston motor designed for constant-speed applications. Its main housing is cast from EN-GJS-600-3 ductile iron with 600 MPa tensile strength. The cylinder block utilizes hardened 15Cr3 steel with 7 axial pistons and a slipper pad mechanism. The swashplate angle is manufactured at fixed values of 18, 25, or 30 degrees with ±0.05-degree tolerance. This motor withstands 350 bar continuous operating pressure and 400 bar peaks per ISO 4 standards. Nominal output torque at 350 bar is 280 Nm with 95% mechanical efficiency. The maximum permissible shaft speed is 4500 revolutions per minute.

The internal structure incorporates an integral 380-bar relief valve and a load-balancing valve for pistons. A pressure-fed lubrication system with an internal gear pump and precision cooling channels operates continuously. The output shaft is made from gas-nitrided 34CrNiMo6 steel with an ISO 12 class spline connection. The hydraulic oil operating temperature range is defined between -30°C to +100°C. Generated noise level at full load and one-meter distance measures below 72 decibels. The unit is equipped with housing temperature and port pressure sensors. The design service life for continuous operation under nominal load is 15,000 hours before major service.
