The B2PV rotary group is a radial piston pump with variable displacement and direct mechanical control. Its main housing is produced from EN-GJL-300 gray iron with 300 MPa compressive strength. The cylinder block is designed from hardened 10CrMo5-5 steel with 5 radial pistons and a sliding shoe mechanism. The control system is mechanical, using a manual lever or servo to adjust eccentricity from 0 to 12 mm. This pump withstands 250 bar continuous operating pressure and 300 bar peaks per ISO 2 class. Nominal flow reaches 35 liters per minute at 1500 RPM and maximum eccentricity. Volumetric efficiency under rated conditions is 91% with 87% overall efficiency.

The internal structure includes an integral 280-bar pressure relief valve and a suction check valve. Lubrication is provided by a built-in low-pressure feed pump and a 40-micron filter. The input shaft is made from induction-hardened C45 steel with a standard keyway connection. The hydraulic oil operating temperature range is defined between -20°C to +80°C. Generated noise level at nominal pressure and one-meter distance measures maximum 70 decibels. The housing is protected against corrosion and wear by a two-layer epoxy coating.
