The A7VO rotary group is an axial piston pump with a variable swashplate and secondary load control. Its main housing is made from EN-GJS-700-2 ductile iron with a tensile strength of 700 MPa. The cylinder block consists of case-hardened 20MnCr5 carbon steel with 7 axially arranged pistons. The swashplate mechanism uses direct hydro-mechanical control with a 0 to 25-degree angular range. This system withstands 320 bar continuous operating pressure and 380 bar peaks under ISO 4 pressure class. Nominal flow reaches 100 liters per minute at 1500 RPM and maximum angle. Volumetric efficiency under rated conditions is 94 percent.

The control structure includes a pressure regulator valve with 80-millisecond response and an angular position sensor. An internal flow divider valve distributes fluid between the main circuit and cooling system. The input shaft features an ISO 15 class spline connection with wear-resistant nickel-phosphorus plating. The recommended hydraulic oil operating temperature ranges from -20°C to +110°C. Generated noise level at nominal pressure and one-meter distance is maximum 78 decibels. The system incorporates a high-pressure filter rated at 10 microns for component protection.
