The Governor -7 is made of alloy steel with a surface hardness of 58-62 HRC, designed to withstand hydraulic pressure up to 300 bar and operating temperatures from -20°C to 150°C. The external diameter ranges from 50 to 120 millimeters, and its length varies between 80 to 250 millimeters. Threads and sealing grooves are designed according to ISO 7 and DIN 3852 standards to maximize resistance against leakage and radial pressure.
Contact surfaces with mating components are CNC-finished and nickel-chrome plated for enhanced wear and corrosion resistance. Assembly uses high-pressure resistant nuts and housings, ensuring axial load capacity up to 10 kN. Final testing includes hydrostatic pressure verification and thread strength inspection at 1.5 times the standard operating pressure.
