The connecting rod bolt is manufactured from chrome-moly alloy steel with surface heat treatment and hardening to withstand axial loads up to 2000 Nm and operating temperatures up to 250 degrees Celsius. Thread diameter ranges from 12 to 18 millimeters, and length varies between 45 to 65 millimeters. Threads are CNC-machined with tolerances under 0.02 millimeters. The bolt surface is reinforced with corrosion-resistant coating and nitriding to increase wear and fatigue resistance. Surface hardness is controlled between 50 and 60 Rockwell C, and ultimate tensile strength reaches 1200 MPa.

In the design of the connecting rod bolt, load and stress distribution on the rod grooves is engineered to prevent stress concentration and extend component life. The bolt connection with the bushing and crankshaft allows for resistance to vibrations and instantaneous shock. Each bolt weighs between 0.05 and 0.08 kilograms and can be installed directly on the connecting rod using standard nuts and bolts. Stable operation is ensured within -20 to 250 degrees Celsius, with plastic deformation below 0.03 millimeters.
