The complete 1026BT gasket from Izumi Taiwan is made of stainless steel with multilayer fiber and silicon coatings, ensuring resistance to combustion pressure up to 55 bar and operating temperatures up to 320°C. The overall thickness is 1.6 mm, and the inner diameter is designed for the oversize cylinder, allowing precise installation and complete sealing. Cold pressing technology and reinforced edges enable the gasket to withstand radial and axial forces up to 12 kN per cylinder.
The gasket surface is coated with nickel and heat- and corrosion-resistant silicon. Hydrostatic pressure testing is performed at 1.5 times the standard operating pressure. Installation accuracy of 0.1 mm ensures zero gas or coolant leakage. The gasket is resistant to engine vibration and temperature variations from -40°C to 320°C, providing a service life of over 6 years under harsh industrial conditions.
