Gears and pistons are machined with 0.01-millimeter precision to ensure energy transfer efficiency above 92 percent. Piston diameters range from 12 to 25 millimeters, with a 30-millimeter stroke, providing fuel flow up to 180 liters per minute. The pump body is heat-resistant up to 120 degrees Celsius, with a polished internal surface to reduce wear and extend service life.

The structure includes roller bearings with a radial load capacity up to 3000 Newtons and 6-millimeter lubrication grooves to ensure smooth, stable operation. The total weight of the assembly is approximately 8.5 kilograms, with component assembly precision under 0.02 millimeters. Its modular design allows internal component replacement without disassembling the entire body, enhancing system longevity.
