Sanders pump components include the pump housing, shaft, gears, and bearings, all made of alloy steel with tempering and nitriding. Gear surface hardness ranges from 55 to 60 HRC, supporting operational pressures up to 210 bar. Shaft and gear tolerances are ±0.02 mm to minimize leakage and vibration, maintaining volumetric efficiency above 92%.

The pump housing is designed with lubrication channels and cooling grooves to keep operating temperatures between 60 and 95°C. Bearings support radial loads up to 1,500 N, and the assembly weighs approximately 6–8 kg, ensuring service life up to 5,000 hours. Corrosion- and wear-resistant coatings maintain stable performance and optimized friction coefficient of 0.35.
