The construction hydraulic pump is designed to deliver continuous power in heavy machinery control and drive systems. The nominal working pressure is 320 bar, with a peak pressure tolerance up to 420 bar. The housing is made of compact aluminum alloy with a 25-micron hard nickel coating. It operates reliably from -25°C to +115°C, suitable for heavy-duty applications.

Construction hydraulic pumps provide over 93 percent volumetric efficiency, and their optimized flow design minimizes pressure losses. The drive shaft is made of heat-treated 42CrMo4 alloy steel for maximum strength. The sealing system employs FKM O-rings resistant to 400-bar pressure and 200°C temperature. Tapered roller bearings with a 40 kN radial load capacity ensure a service life exceeding 12,000 hours.
