The pump charging system is made of aluminum alloy or steel, supporting operational pressure up to 220 bar. Oil flow capacity ranges from 10 to 40 L/min, with pressure accuracy of ±0.5 bar. Shaft and internal vanes are manufactured with ±0.02 mm tolerance to minimize leakage and vibration, ensuring volumetric efficiency above 90%.

Internal channels and lubrication grooves optimize cooling and oil flow, maintaining operating temperatures between 60 and 95°C. Radial bearings with 1,500 N load capacity provide service life up to 5,000 hours. Wear- and corrosion-resistant coatings reduce friction and ensure long-term, stable performance.
