ZF 4WG190 and 4WG210 transmission travel pump

The 4WG190 and 4WG210 ZF transmission travel pumps are constructed from high-precision alloy steel to withstand hydraulic pressures up to 25 MPa. The displacement volume of the 4WG190 pump is 190 cc per revolution, while the 4WG210 is 210 cc per revolution. The pumps feature wear-resistant hydraulic vanes and high-load bearing precision bearings. Maximum operating speed reaches 3000 RPM with volumetric efficiency exceeding 92 percent. The pump body and hydraulic pathways are CNC-machined to minimize vibration and operational noise.

In the design of the 4WG190 and 4WG210 travel pumps, the oil flow path is optimized for minimal pressure drop and rapid transmission response. The shaft connection with the gearbox is designed to withstand torques up to 2200 Nm and instantaneous shock loads. The sealing system, including O-rings and mechanical seals, ensures oil leakage below 0.1 percent per hour. The pump weighs approximately 28 to 32 kilograms and allows direct installation on the gearbox using standard bolts and shafts. Stable operation is guaranteed within temperatures ranging from -20 to 90 degrees Celsius.
