New Holland B115B three-lobe pump

The New Holland B115B three-lobe pump is constructed from alloy steel with surface heat treatment and hardening to withstand hydraulic pressures up to 18 MPa. The displacement volume is 115 cc per revolution, and the maximum operating speed reaches 3200 RPM. The central shaft is machined with precision under 0.02 millimeters, and high-load radial and axial bearings are installed. Internal oil channels are CNC-designed to maintain pressure loss below 6 percent. The pump weighs approximately 9.5 to 11 kilograms, with an outer diameter of 140 millimeters.

In the design of the B115B three-lobe pump, pressure distribution within the chamber is optimized to prevent uneven wear and achieve volumetric efficiency above 90 percent. The sealing system, including O-rings and mechanical seals, ensures oil leakage below 0.1 percent per hour. The shaft connection to the gearbox can withstand torques up to 1200 Nm. The pump operates reliably within -20 to 90 degrees Celsius and has an estimated service life exceeding 8000 operating hours.
