The hydraulic steering pump is designed for a flow capacity of 80 to 120 liters per minute and an operating pressure of 120 bar. The body is made of high-strength aluminum alloy with low weight. Variable displacement is adjustable via the pressure control valve, providing volumetric efficiency above 92 percent. The pump shaft can withstand torque up to 250 Nm and features high concentricity to minimize vibration. The internal lubrication system includes gears and bearings with a minimum friction coefficient of 0.02. The pump has corrosion-resistant bolts and a heat-resistant coating up to 120 degrees Celsius.
This pump is compatible with various automotive and industrial hydraulic steering systems. Standard flange and shaft dimensions allow quick installation without structural modifications. The permissible operating temperature ranges from -30 to +90 degrees Celsius, with vibration resistance up to 15g. Hydraulic fluids with viscosity between 15 and 68 mm²/s are recommended. Overall system efficiency exceeds 88 percent, and noise levels are under 68 dB. All internal components comply with ISO 6344 and withstand a test pressure 1.5 times the working pressure.
