Belt tensioners are typically made of aluminum alloy and corrosion-resistant steel, providing mechanical strength against engine torque up to 50 Nm and operating temperatures from -40 to 120°C. The lever arm length ranges from 80 to 150 mm, and the pulley diameter is between 30 and 50 mm. The internal spring is made from spring steel with a surface hardness of 50 HRC, maintaining a tension force between 500 and 1200 N.

Pulley bearings are pre-lubricated roller types with a service life of 80,000 to 120,000 km. Installation uses M8 and M10 bolts with precise alignment within ±2 mm. Surface coating includes anodized aluminum or 150-micron epoxy paint, providing high resistance to moisture and corrosion for industrial and automotive applications.
