Fixed and floating bearings

Fixed and floating bearings are made from chrome-molybdenum steel alloy with a surface hardness of 58-62 HRC, ensuring wear resistance and axial and radial load capacity up to 80 kN and operating temperatures up to 150°C. Inner diameters for fixed bearings typically range from 20 to 100 mm, and floating bearings from 25 to 120 mm. Groove spacing and depth are machined to 0.05 mm precision to ensure uniform load distribution and minimal friction along the shaft.

Internal lubrication is provided with NLGI 2 industrial grease or VG 68 oil to minimize operational temperature and wear. Bearings are coated against corrosion and tested via hydrostatic and ultrasonic methods to ensure resistance against vibration, shock, and dynamic loads. Floating bearing installation is designed to allow axial displacement under 0.1 mm, guaranteeing over 10 years of service life in heavy industrial environments.
