The exhaust manifold for 1026BT engines is made of heat- and corrosion-resistant cast iron, with an overall length between 420 and 480 millimeters. Each outlet port has a diameter between 50 and 60 millimeters, and wall thickness ranges from 8 to 12 millimeters, capable of withstanding exhaust gas temperatures up to 850 degrees Celsius. The design includes smooth and angled channels to reduce pressure drop and increase gas flow velocity. Connections use heat-resistant bolts and high-temperature gaskets, withstanding vibrations exceeding 700 Newton-meters. Heat- and corrosion-resistant coating extends the manifold’s service life to over 10,000 operating hours, ensuring full compatibility with the 1026BT engine.
The internal structure includes a flow-guiding network to prevent gas backflow and ensure uniform exhaust output. The manifold weighs between 12 and 15 kilograms and is installed using four to six M10 or M12 bolts. Its modular design allows replacement of damaged sections without removing the entire exhaust system, improving exhaust efficiency up to 93 percent. Thermal and chemical resistance of the materials ensures stable manifold performance under harsh diesel engine conditions.
