PC400 Original Harness

The main harness for PC400 is made of copper cables with heat- and oil-resistant insulation, with a total network length ranging from 25 to 40 meters. Cable cross-sections range from 1.5 to 16 square millimeters, capable of carrying currents between 5 and 250 amperes. The design includes standard routes for powering the engine, hydraulic system, sensors, and cabin controls, minimizing voltage drop and electrical noise. Connections use corrosion-resistant connectors and anti-vibration clamps, and the system can withstand vibrations exceeding 600 Newton-meters. Insulation and cable coating extend the harness’s service life to over 10,000 operating hours, ensuring full compatibility with PC400 electrical and hydraulic systems.

The harness is modular and routed through protective channels, allowing replacement or repair of damaged sections without removing the entire system. Insulation withstands temperatures from -40 to 125 degrees Celsius, and voltage drop along the paths is less than 0.5 volts. The total weight of the harness ranges from 20 to 30 kilograms, installed using standard clamps and flanges to ensure safety and optimal electrical performance. Optimized cable routing reduces friction and increases the service life of components connected to the harness.
