The motor structure includes a Class H insulated stator, N52EH-grade neodymium magnet rotor, and SKF bearings rated for 250,000 hours. A dual safety brake system activates with 400–4000 Nm braking torque within 60 milliseconds. Embedded sensors comprise three PT100 temperature sensors, a 22-bit optical encoder, and a triaxial MEMS accelerometer.
