Climber wire ropes are made of all steel and actually have the least number of strands among all the structures of the tow wire, except for the single-stranded restraining wires. In the structure of the climbing wire rope, which is produced in full steel, only 4 strands are used, and each strand has 31 steel wires. The type of texture of the wires in the Climber steel wire structure is special and is known as the combined texture of Warrington Seal, which the extension of the structure, WS, also indicates this type of texture. Wires with a higher diameter are used in the outer layer of the climbers towing wire strings to bring maximum wear resistance in contact with surfaces that can be rocks and gravel in climbing use.

6X19 stainless steel wire rope

The 6X19 structure is the most widely used steel wire rope structure, which uses 6 strands of 19 steel wire around a core. 316 stainless steel tow wire core with 6X19 structure is actually a 7X7 steel tow wire with smaller diameter wires. In fact, two different wire diameters are used in the entire structure of stainless steel 316 wire rope with a 6x19 structure.
