The top exhaust system of the Komatsu 85 bulldozer rocket type is made of high-temperature and corrosion-resistant steel, with a total length of 3.0 meters. The inner pipe diameter is 220 millimeters and the wall thickness is 4.5 millimeters, capable of withstanding exhaust gas temperatures up to 700 degrees Celsius. Its internal design features multi-stage chambers to reduce noise and optimize gas flow. Connections use standard SAE flanges with heat-resistant gaskets, providing resistance to vibrations exceeding 850 Newton-meters.
