Service life ranges from 2,000 to 15,000 hours, and hard chrome or nickel coatings are applied to reduce wear and friction.

Assembly is performed with precise tolerances, and non-destructive testing NDT such as ultrasonic and radiographic inspection is conducted. Fuel inlet and outlet systems comply with SAE and DIN standards, with pump performance verified via hydrodynamic and pressure testing.
