Hydraulic lift
Hydraulic column lifting systems are manufactured from S355JR structural steel with 355 MPa yield strength. Standard lifting capacity ranges from 2 to 50 tonnes distributed across four contact points. Maximum lift height varies from 1.5 to 4 meters at a constant speed of 40-60 mm/s. The system is powered by an axial piston pump and a 15 kW electric motor. Operating pressure is adjustable up to 250 bar using proportional control valves. Piezoelectric pressure sensors in each cylinder maintain load leveling within 2 mm accuracy. Safety systems include hydraulic locking valves, overload relief valves, and emergency stop mechanisms.
The system features four synchronized double-acting cylinders on independent columns. Control is via PLC with an HMI interface, capable of storing 100 height profiles. An auto-balancing system keeps platform tilt below 0.5 degrees. The platform employs sliding gears and hardened guide rails with under 0.1 mm backlash. The hydraulic power unit integrates a 200-liter reservoir with air-cooled heat exchange. Electrical enclosures are rated IP65 for dust and water resistance. The system includes electronic load sensing and overload protection with 98% accuracy.
