Flat Spring
A flat spring is an elastic element with a rectangular cross section manufactured from alloy steel with a tensile strength of about 1500 to 2100 MPa. The spring is designed with a thickness between 0.2 and 20 millimeters and a width of 5 to 120 millimeters to generate controlled deformation. The manufacturing process includes cold rolling, heat treatment, and edge grinding to improve dimensional stability and fatigue resistance.
