Elevator door
Elevator doors are constructed from extruded aluminum alloy profiles 6063-T5 with 1.5–3 mm thickness. Standard opening dimensions range from 700 to 1200 mm width and 2000 to 2200 mm height. Each door leaf weighs 20–60 kg, enduring over 1.5 million open-close cycles. The drive system uses a brushless DC synchronous motor 100–250W with opening speeds of 0.3–0.7 m/s. The electromechanical locking mechanism provides 200 N locking force with under 0.3 second response time. All components comply with EN 81-50 standards for safety and durability.
Door panels are filled with 6–10 mm tempered glass, brushed 304 stainless steel sheets, or composite panels. EPDM gaskets with thermal resistance from –40°C to +120°C provide acoustic insulation and dust prevention. Safety systems include infrared or ultrasonic sensors with 80° detection angle and 5 mm obstacle detection capability. The door operator features a 512-pulse encoder for position control and adaptive speed control for soft closing. Door frames are finished with 60-micron electrostatic powder coating in standard RAL colors. Installation and adjustment ensure ±1 mm technical tolerance with full vertical/horizontal alignment per ISO 4190-5 standards.
