Door panels are filled with 6–10 mm tempered glass, brushed 304 stainless steel sheets, or composite panels. EPDM gaskets with thermal resistance from –40°C to +120°C provide acoustic insulation and dust prevention. Safety systems include infrared or ultrasonic sensors with 80° detection angle and 5 mm obstacle detection capability. The door operator features a 512-pulse encoder for position control and adaptive speed control for soft closing. Door frames are finished with 60-micron electrostatic powder coating in standard RAL colors.
