The floor-mounted electrical switchboard is constructed from cold-rolled steel sheet with a thickness of 1.5 to 2.5 mm. These enclosures feature a protection rating from IP42 to IP66 according to IEC 60529. Typical dimensions range from 400 to 1200 mm in width, 300 to 600 mm in depth, and 1600 to 2200 mm in height. They can withstand short-circuit currents up to 50 kA for 1 second. The structure consists of a welded main frame, internal panels, and a door equipped with locks and hinges. Internal and external surfaces are coated with electrostatic epoxy paint with a minimum thickness of 80 microns.
The internal structure includes copper busbars with 99.9% purity and cross-sections from 10 to 600 mm². These busbars can carry nominal currents from 200 to 4000 Amperes. All connections are tightened to specified torque values between 2.5 and 70 Nm. The earth connection system is designed with resistance below 0.1 Ohms. The cabinet is equipped with natural or forced ventilation using 24V DC fans. The permissible operating temperature ranges from -5 to +40 degrees Celsius. These switchboards can accommodate over 100 different control and protection modules.

The floor standing electrical panel is constructed from steel sheet with a thickness of 1.5 to 2.5 mm. This sheet is coated with electrostatic epoxy powder paint. The paint coating thickness ranges from 60 to 80 microns. The standard protection degree IP of these panels varies from IP42 to IP65. The typical panel height ranges from 1800 to 2200 mm. Frame depth is designed between 400 and 600 mm, and width from 600 to 1000 mm. The frame can withstand dynamic loads up to 10 kilonewtons. All frame edges are roll-formed to increase bending strength.
The internal structure includes a chassis with standard vertical mounting pillars. These pillars are drilled with 25 mm spacing for modular equipment installation. The door is equipped with adjustable screw hinges and multi-point locks. The independent chassis supports loading capacity up to 200 kg. The internal grounding system uses a copper busbar with a minimum cross-section of 50 mm². Separate compartments for power and control sections are designed with separation degrees from Form 2 to Form 4. All internal surfaces are coated with RAL 7035 paint for better visibility.
