The paint coating thickness ranges from 60 to 80 microns. The standard protection degree IP of these panels varies from IP42 to IP65. The typical panel height ranges from 1800 to 2200 mm. Frame depth is designed between 400 and 600 mm, and width from 600 to 1000 mm. The frame can withstand dynamic loads up to 10 kilonewtons. All frame edges are roll-formed to increase bending strength.

The internal structure includes a chassis with standard vertical mounting pillars. These pillars are drilled with 25 mm spacing for modular equipment installation. The door is equipped with adjustable screw hinges and multi-point locks. The independent chassis supports loading capacity up to 200 kg. The internal grounding system uses a copper busbar with a minimum cross-section of 50 mm². Separate compartments for power and control sections are designed with separation degrees from Form 2 to Form 4.
