6BT Oversized Cylinder Head Gasket
The 6BT oversized cylinder head gasket is made of alloy steel with a multilayer coating, resistant to heat up to 300°C. The inner diameter of the cylinders is 105 mm, and the oversized thickness of this gasket is 1 mm greater than the standard. The multilayer design, with a steel core and nickel-copper coating, provides resistance to combustion pressures up to 100 bar. Chemical resistance to engine oil and coolant is ensured according to ASTM D471 standards. The gasket features oil and water control grooves that optimize fluid flow and prevent leakage between the cylinder head and block. The part weighs approximately 0.8 kg, and the cylinder head contact surface is machined with 0.02 mm precision.
The oversized design compensates for cylinder wear and extends engine life. Hole patterns are aligned with the 6BT engine standard, allowing easy installation with a torque of 25 N·m. Alternating thermal resistance from -20°C to 300°C prevents deformation and cracking. The gasket surface is coated for corrosion protection and pre-lubricated, ensuring a service life of up to 150,000 km. This design guarantees precise cylinder compression and optimal performance of 6BT diesel engines.
