1026BT oversize cylinder head gasket from Taiwan
The 1026BT oversize cylinder head gasket from Taiwan is made of stainless steel and multilayer fiber with nickel coating, ensuring resistance to combustion pressure up to 50 bar and operating temperatures up to 300°C. The inner diameter is 0.25 mm larger than the standard cylinder, with a total thickness of 1.5 mm for easy installation and complete sealing. Gasket edges are reinforced with cold pressing technology, withstanding radial and axial forces up to 10 kN per cylinder.
The gasket surface is coated with heat- and corrosion-resistant nickel and silicon. Hydrostatic pressure testing is performed at 1.5 times the standard operating pressure. Installation precision of 0.1 mm ensures zero gas and coolant leakage.
