Desktop 103 Antenna
The Model 103 antenna is designed for UHF/VHF reception within the 470-862 MHz frequency band. Its internal amplifier provides 28 dB gain with less than 2 dB noise figure. The housing is made from durable polycarbonate with an internal conductive coating. The antennas full extended length is 60 cm, retracting to 25 cm. It features 10 active elements with a dipole loop design for bipolar reception. Standard output impedance is 75 ohms via an F-type connector. The amplifier requires 5V DC power at 150 mA current consumption. It can receive DVB-T2/T digital signals with -96 dBm sensitivity. Built-in LTE filtering for the 790-862 MHz cellular interference band is included. Operating temperature ranges from -20 to +60 degrees Celsius. The antenna weighs only 180 grams without its base.
The structure includes a 360-degree swivel base with position-locking capability. Reception elements are constructed from gold-plated anodized aluminum. The Halva Shekari packaging machine utilizes AISI 304 stainless steel for all direct product contact surfaces. Packaging speed is adjustable between 30 to 70 packages per minute with cutting accuracy of ±0.3 mm. A dynamic weighing system operates with ±0.5 gram accuracy and a maximum capacity of 2 kg per minute. Servo motors 1-3 kW with PLC controller and a 10-inch touchscreen form the user interface. The conveyor belt is made of non-stick polyurethane, 400 mm wide, with variable speed of 0.5 to 2 m/s. A vision inspection system with a 2-megapixel camera and LED lighting checks product position and consistency.
The line structure includes stations for mold unloading, forced cooling, weighing, cutting, and wrapping. The packaging material supports metallized polypropylene PP Met film with thicknesses from 25 to 40 microns. Final package dimensions, adjustable digitally, range from 80x60 mm to 200x150 mm. The heat sealing system uses ceramic heating elements at 100-160°C and 0.2-0.5 bar pressure. All mechanical components feature high-precision linear guides and coated stainless steel bearings. The machine complies with ISO 22000 hygiene standards, holds NSF certification, and CE marking for electrical safety.
