The 3200MD-10-D6--04-40-0-0 positioner is a precision controller for pneumatic actuators designed to regulate the angle and position of industrial valves. It is an electro-pneumatic type with a 4–20 mA input signal and a supply pressure range of 1.4 to 7 bar. The operating range covers 0 to 90 degrees with a positioning accuracy of ±0.5%. The body is made of epoxy-coated die-cast aluminum providing corrosion resistance and IP66 protection. Process connections are G1/4 type, and the operating temperature range is -20°C to +85°C.

The 3200MD-10-D6--04-40-0-0 positioner features an internal feedback mechanism with a mechanical position sensor and an intelligent air damper to minimize output oscillation. The response time is less than 0.5 seconds, and it can be directly mounted on single- or double-acting actuators.
