This machine features a carbon steel chassis with electrostatic polyester powder coating and brass operational components. Base dimensions are 400 x 300 mm with an overall height of 550 mm and approximate weight of 35 kg. The drive system uses a 0.75 kW AC motor with worm gear reducer and adjustable sealing speed of 10–30 cycles per minute. A digital timer control with 0.1-second accuracy and adjustable range of 0.5–10 seconds enables semi-automatic sealing operations. The sealing bar is made of hardened carbon steel with a 12 mm diameter and 80 mm stroke length. Power consumption is 1.2 kWh operating at 220V and 50Hz.

The control system includes an electronic circuit with a 3-digit LED display and waterproof tactile setting buttons. The pedal mechanism uses an adjustable sensitivity foot switch with continuous operation lock capability. Capable of sealing PE, PP, and nylon plastics with thicknesses of 20–200 microns and seal widths of 4–8 mm. Equipped with a ceramic heating element 600W with controlled temperature of 50–250°C ±3°C accuracy. The work table is anodized aluminum with Teflon coating and natural cooling system.
