The automatic L-sealer machine is built with a powder epoxy-coated steel frame and anodized aluminum components. Standard working dimensions are 400×600 mm, capable of processing packages with heights from 50 to 350 mm. The heat sealing system operates at a controlled temperature of 50–250°C using 1.2 kW ceramic heating elements. Production speed ranges from 8–30 packages per minute via a 350 mm wide PVC conveyor belt operating at 1.5–10 m/min. Power consumption is 3.5 kW with requirements of 5–6 bar compressed air at 80 liters per minute. Seal height adjustment is available manually or semi-automatically with a precision 0.1 mm adjustment screw.

The control system features a PLC with a 4.3-inch digital display and storage for 10 work programs. An electro-pneumatic cutting mechanism uses Teflon-coated steel blades with a service life of 300,000 cuts. Photoelectric sensors are installed for automatic package detection to prevent sealing errors. It is compatible with PE, PP, and OPP packaging films with thicknesses of 15–70 microns. Machine dimensions are 1400×700×1350 mm with an approximate weight of 280 kg.
