The heating system utilizes a 1.5 kW ceramic element with adjustable temperature from 0 to 250°C. Sealing action is performed via a manual mechanical lever requiring 15–20 N of force. Sealing time is controlled by a digital timer from 0.3 to 3 seconds with 0.1 s accuracy. The machine can process films with thicknesses of 30–120 microns at a rate of 4–8 packages per minute.

Equipped with a hardened carbon steel cutting blade chrome-plated to match the bar length. Digital control panel includes a three-digit temperature display and timer settings. Natural cooling system with ventilated housing design dissipates excess heat. Base dimensions range from 600 x 400 mm to 1200 x 600 mm depending on model. Machine weight is designed between 25 to 50 kg according to bar length.
