This manual sealer features a die-cast aluminum body with epoxy coating and a ceramic heating plate. The heating element operates at 400 watts with adjustable temperature from 60 to 250°C. The circular sealing plate 100–180 mm diameter allows manual pressure application up to 80 newtons. Sealing time is adjustable from 1 to 10 seconds via a digital timer with 0.1-second precision. It can seal plastic cups PP, PS, PET with thicknesses of 0.2 to 1.5 mm. Temperature is controlled by a digital thermostat with ±2°C accuracy and an LED display.

The structure includes a non-slip rubber base and a manual pressure lever with spring-return mechanism. The clearance between the sealing plate and base is adjustable up to 150 mm for various cup sizes. Dimensions are 300 x 250 x 350 mm, with a weight of 5.5 kg. Power consumption is 0.4 kW per hour at 220V AC. Advanced thermal insulation keeps the external surface temperature below 50°C. Suitable for small workshops, cafes, and semi-automatic production lines with a capacity of 200–400 cups per hour.
