The chain structure features resistance welding with full circumferential weld seams at the links. Links are oval-shaped with a 60-degree internal attachment angle for uniform load distribution. Surface hardness after heat treatment ranges from 30 to 35 HRC Rockwell C. Common surface coatings include hot-dip galvanizing 50–80 microns or epoxy powder coating. Suitable operating temperature ranges from –40°C to 150°C without significant strength reduction.
