Working Load Limit is calculated with a 4:1 safety factor for general use and 5:1 for critical operations. The galvanizing process uses hot-dip or electro-galvanizing methods with a coating thickness of 20 to 100 microns. The galvanized coating is certified per ISO 1461 for resistance to atmospheric corrosion and moisture.

The chain structure features resistance welded links with full circumferential flash butt welding. Links are designed in a standard oval shape with a 60-degree internal attachment angle for even load distribution. Post-heat treatment surface hardness is maintained between 30 to 35 HRC Rockwell C. The galvanized coating provides uniform coverage with high adhesion Grade 1 and wear resistance. These chains are suitable for operating temperatures from –40°C to 200°C in humid, marine, and mild chemical environments.
