These slings are manufactured using Jacquard weaving for uniform load distribution across the width. Chemical and UV resistance is maintained up to 90% through specialized additives.

The sling structure consists of a core woven polyester webbing and a protective sleeve of similar material. Edges are reinforced with dual-stitched hems to prevent fraying. End fittings include sewn eyes with standard angles of 30, 45, or 90 degrees for load adaptation. Identification labels are laser-printed PVC tags showing WLL, length, and manufacturing date. Allowable operating temperatures range from –40°C to +100°C without mechanical property changes.
