Working Load Limit is calculated with a 4:1 safety factor for general use and 5:1 for critical operations. The galvanizing process involves immersion in molten zinc at 450°C. Coating thickness is guaranteed between 50 to 100 microns per ISO 1461 standards.

The chain structure features resistance welded links with full circumferential flash butt welding. Links are designed in a standard oval shape with a 60-degree internal attachment angle for even load distribution. Post-heat treatment surface hardness is maintained between 30 to 35 HRC Rockwell C. The galvanized coating provides uniform coverage with high adhesion Grade 1 and scratch resistance. These chains are suitable for operating temperatures from –40°C to 200°C in humid and corrosive environments.
