The KVC rotary group is an axial piston pump with a variable swashplate and two-stage capacity control. Its main housing is cast from JIS FCD500 ductile iron with 500 MPa tensile strength. The cylinder block is designed from hardened SCM435 steel with 7 axial pistons and a slipper pad mechanism. A mechanical-hydraulic two-stage control system adjusts pump capacity at 50% and 100% displacement levels. This pump withstands 280 bar continuous operating pressure and 320 bar peaks per JIS B 8351 standard. Nominal flow reaches 75 liters per minute at 1650 RPM and maximum capacity. Volumetric efficiency under rated conditions is 94.5% with 89% overall efficiency.
The control structure includes a spring-loaded pressure regulator and a hydraulic pilot valve with 150-millisecond response. The lubrication system operates via positive displacement with an internal gear pump and 30-micron filter. The input shaft is manufactured from carburized SNCM220 steel with a JIS B 1603 class spline connection. The hydraulic oil operating temperature range is defined between -15°C to +90°C. Generated noise level at nominal pressure and one-meter distance measures maximum 72 decibels. The housing is protected by an electrostatic epoxy-polyester coating 60 microns thick. The design service life until first overhaul under intermittent loading is 10,000 hours of continuous operation.

Industrial Applications of KVC Rotary Group
These KVC rotary groups are designed for medium-pressure, high-efficiency applications. They are primarily used in the hydraulic systems of heavy industrial machinery. Hydraulic presses, plastic injection molding machines, and die-casting equipment are key consumers. Their specific design enables stable performance during long work cycles. These models are often employed in systems requiring rapid changes in pressure and flow rate. High compatibility with synthetic and mineral hydraulic oils is a key feature of KVC. Mechanical durability in challenging working conditions justifies its selection for steel and cement industries.
