The 12G/14G rotary group is a fixed-displacement radial piston motor designed for heavy equipment. Its main housing is cast from grade 350 gray iron with 350 MPa compressive strength. The cylinder assembly is constructed from low-alloy steel 41Cr4 with 5 radial pistons in a direct cylinder-piston mechanism. This unit is offered in two nominal displacements: 12 and 14 cubic inches per revolution 197 and 229 cc/rev. The motor withstands 250 bar continuous operating pressure and 280 bar peaks per SAE J1349 standard. Nominal output torque at 207 bar for the 14G model equals 560 Newton-meters. Maximum shaft rotational speed is 2400 RPM with forced oil lubrication.
The internal structure includes a fixed 280-bar pressure relief valve and an internal drain check valve. The cooling system operates via case drain flow with a minimum rate of 8 liters per minute. The output shaft is made from induction-hardened C50 carbon steel with a 10-tooth spline connection. The hydraulic oil operating temperature range is defined between -15°C to +95°C. Generated noise level at full load and one-meter distance measures below 80 decibels. The housing is coated with a two-component epoxy paint layer 80 microns thick. The design service life until major overhaul under average working conditions is 10,000 hours.

Various Industrial Applications of Rotary Group
The rotary group system is used for continuous and controlled transfer of dry materials. In the food industry, it feeds raw materials like flour or sugar. In chemical industries, it manages the transfer of powders and dry chemicals. In the cement industry, it is essential for feeding raw materials to the mill. Plastic, paint, and pharmaceutical production lines also utilize it. This system ensures high weighing accuracy and prevents air ingress. Its design allows for use in vacuum and pressurized systems. The rotary group is ideal for processes requiring constant and reliable flow rates.
