The HPV rotary group is an axial piston pump with a variable swashplate and independent pressure control system. Its main housing is cast from EN-GJS-800 ductile iron with 800 MPa tensile strength. The cylinder block is designed from hardened 31CrMoV9 steel with 11 axial pistons and a slipper pad mechanism. The electro-hydraulic control system EHR adjusts the swashplate angle from -2 to +40 degrees with 0.02-degree accuracy. This pump withstands 420 bar continuous operating pressure and 480 bar peaks per ISO 6 pressure class. Nominal flow reaches 250 liters per minute at 2200 RPM and maximum angle. Volumetric efficiency under rated conditions is 97.8% with 93.5% overall efficiency.
The control structure features an independent Power Unit PPU with 10-millisecond response and programmable profiles. An integrated Energy Management System IEMS reduces power consumption by up to 20% versus conventional designs. The input shaft is manufactured from carbonitrided 39NiCrMo16 steel with an ISO 16 class spline connection. The hydraulic oil operating temperature range is defined between -50°C to +140°C. Generated noise level at nominal pressure and one-meter distance is below 65 decibels A-weighted. An advanced cooling system with a two-stage oil-water heat exchanger and variable flow control operates continuously. The design service life until first overhaul under dynamic duty cycles is 30,000 hours. You can order and buy Rotary Group from Iran by contacting us through whatsaap and email.

Engine Timing Adjustment Using a Rotary Group
A rotary group does not directly adjust engine timing. This component is primarily a gear or vane-type hydraulic pump. Its main role is to supply pressurized oil for the engines lubrication or hydraulic system. However, its smooth and precise operation impacts overall engine efficiency. Correctly adjusting the output pressure and flow rate of the rotary group is critical. These adjustments ensure the precise timing of valve operation and injection systems. In advanced engines, this pump is connected to the electronic control unit. Therefore, the health of the rotary group indirectly affects the overall timing accuracy of the engine.
