The LPVD rotary group is an axial piston pump with variable swashplate and low-pressure control Low Pressure Variable Displacement. Its main housing is produced via high-pressure die casting from A380 aluminum alloy with 320 MPa tensile strength. The cylinder block is designed from hardened 16MnCr5 steel with 9 axial pistons and a slipper pad mechanism. The control system utilizes a direct hydraulic valve with an adjustable pressure range of 20 to 80 bar. This pump withstands 160 bar continuous operating pressure and 200 bar peaks per ISO 1 class. Nominal flow reaches 60 liters per minute at 2500 RPM and maximum angle. Volumetric efficiency under rated conditions is 94% with 88% overall efficiency.
The control structure includes a spring-loaded pressure regulator with 100-millisecond response and an internal check valve. The lubrication system operates via splash from an internal sump with a 25-micron filter. The input shaft is made from surface-treated Ck35 steel with a standard spline pin connection. The hydraulic oil operating temperature range is defined between -10°C to +70°C. Generated noise level at nominal pressure and one-meter distance measures maximum 68 decibels. The housing is protected against corrosion by a hard anodized coating 20 microns thick. The design service life until first overhaul under light-duty conditions is 12,000 hours. You can order and buy Rotary Group from Iran by contacting us through whatsaap and email.

Industrial Applications of LPVD Rotary Group
The LPVD rotary group is optimized for transferring low-viscosity lubricants and industrial oils. This system serves as a feed pump in light to medium hydraulic machinery. It is used in Centralized Lubrication Systems for precise oil distribution. Wood and metal industries utilize it for lubricating cutting tools and CNC machines. This model is ideal for low to medium pressure fluids due to its specific design. Another application is in cooling and hydraulic systems of small plastic injection molding machines. Key advantages include high accuracy in constant flow rate and compatibility with mineral and synthetic oils.
