The tensioner chain kits for 200 and 220 excavators are made of fatigue- and corrosion-resistant alloy steel, capable of withstanding forces up to 3500 Newtons. The tensioner arm length is 150 millimeters, with a central shaft diameter of 35 millimeters, ensuring uniform chain tension under all operating conditions. Torsion springs with 200 Newtons per millimeter stiffness provide rapid return and automatic tension adjustment. The groove contact surfaces are CNC-machined to minimize friction and extend chain and component lifespan.
Internally, the kit features roller bearings with a radial load capacity up to 2200 Newtons and wear-resistant shafts. The total kit weight is approximately 4.2 kilograms, with main shaft assembly precision under 0.02 millimeters. Its modular design allows replacement of springs and internal components without disassembling the entire arm, while the internal lubrication system ensures a uniform flow of 1.5 liters per minute.
