Haldex gear pump

The Haldex gear pump is made of wear-resistant steel with a surface hardness of 58 Rockwell, capable of withstanding operational pressures up to 250 bar. The internal gear diameter is 45 millimeters, with a center distance of 50 millimeters, providing a flow rate of 120 liters per minute at 3000 RPM. The 20-degree gear design reduces noise and increases energy transfer efficiency up to 92 percent. The pump body is made of lightweight aluminum alloy, resistant to temperatures up to 120 degrees Celsius.

Internally, it features roller bearings with a radial load capacity up to 3000 Newtons and 6-millimeter lubrication grooves to reduce wear and extend component lifespan. The pump weighs approximately 7.5 kilograms, with main shaft assembly precision under 0.02 millimeters. Its modular design allows replacement of internal components without disassembling the entire body, and the internal lubrication system ensures a uniform flow of 2.2 liters per minute.
