The Volvo loader steering hydraulic pump is made of alloy steel and durable aluminum, supporting operational pressures up to 250 bar. Pump flow rate ranges from 45 to 110 L/min, and shaft tolerance is ±0.02 mm to minimize internal leakage and maintain volumetric efficiency above 92%. Internal gears or pistons are heat-treated to 55–60 HRC surface hardness to reduce wear and friction.

Internal lubrication channels and cooling grooves maintain operating temperature between 65 and 95°C. Radial and axial bearings rated for 1,500 N control vibration and axial forces. Pump weight is approximately 12–16 kg, with service life up to 5,000 hours under standard conditions. Corrosion-resistant coating and hardening ensure long-term, stable performance.
